Dear Patient,

Proposed coming together of Benfield Valley Healthcare Hub and Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre

We are writing to inform you of changes to our GP services which will ensure you continue to receive high quality primary care now and in the future.

The Partners at Benfield Valley Healthcare Hub and Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre are proposing they come together to form a single organisation, while retaining their surgeries.

Under the proposal, the practices will still operate in their original locations and patients will still be able to book appointments with their current doctor. The intention is for the premises to remain unchanged with services delivered from both sites.

There is no need for patients registered at either surgery to do anything, your needs will be taken care of automatically as part of the process.

The Partners at Benfield Valley Healthcare Hub and Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre are confident that they will work well together, with both practices having a strong patient focused ethos.

We understand that you may have suggestions or questions about the proposed merger, and we would like to hear from you, please visit our Merger Information Webpage and read the FAQs or feedback any concerns, or use the contact details below:

Yours sincerely,
